Create an Inviting Space for All Ages

Stemville opened its doors in June, just six months after its inception, with a mission to create an inviting space for all ages. Moms and dads can enjoy the space too! It is equipped with large building blocks and color-coded toys to teach younger kids STEM basics, iPads, biweekly experimental robots, and more. Furthermore, 25,000 Magformers and 7,500 Clicformers – Michigan-made magnetic tiles that allow children to build anything from dinosaurs to roller coasters – are also available for creative play. Stemville is proud to be providing such an innovative and exciting atmosphere for kids of all ages. Admission is only $20 for two hours of open play, and there are experienced instructors on hand to assist children with activities. Additionally, parents have access to the work tables to grab a cup of Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company java while their kids explore the space. Check online for lab coat patch activities and memberships!

Kids Create Anything with Stemville's Magformers and Clicformers!

Stemville is a place of educational exploration for kids, and visitors are in for a treat! With 25,000 Magformers and 7,500 Clicformers from Michigan-based companies, kids can create anything from dinosaurs to roller coasters with the help of these magnetic tiles. In particular, the Skytrack Magformers set is a favorite amongst young visitors as they build their roller coasters. It's no wonder Stemville is so popular!

Robotics for Kids of All Ages

They are proud to offer an exciting range of programmable robots for kids of all ages. Cubeto is perfect for young coders, providing a color-coded board that's easy and fun to use. For older kids, 10 iPads are available with Ozobot and Robo Wunderkind kits. These kits combine hardware and software, allowing kids to build and program their very own robots. Robotics is a great way to have fun, no matter what age you are!

Geodesic Domes Experiment

Arneson proudly announces, “The Stemville Space offers so much more than just an exciting place to explore. Twice a month, kids can participate in special activities to earn patches for their lab coats and the website keeps visitors up-to-date on these events. One such activity is the Geodesic Domes Experiment, which includes challenges like the Tin Foil Boat and Spaghetti Tower, as well as the Magic Bag Experiment.”
